TTC Library Policies & Services: Library Collection

TTC Library Materials Acquisition Policy

Course Reserves

The TTC library does not have textbooks in the collection.  However, you might consider placing the textbook or additional course related books or materials on reserve so that students can check out them out (2 hours of in-library use only).

To place an item on reserve, please fill out the appropriate form below and bring it into the library along with the item. If you have any questions, please contact the library.

Unfortunately, at this time, course reserves are limited to physical materials; we do not offer electronic reserves. We apologize for any inconvience this may cause.

Recommend a Purchase

We value your input when deciding what material to purchase for our collection. If you would like to make a recommendation for purchase, please fill out this form: Library Purchase Request

Contact your Subject Librarian

Each Academic Subject area has an appointed faculty member (provided by Dean or Department Head) and a librarian who collaborate to ensure the library collection is continually supporting the curriculum. This includes purchase recommendations, weeding, and contributing to libguides on various topics and courses.

The full list of Subject Liaisons is available through the library portal.
